Privacy Policy
This policy explains the categories of data used to operate accounts, course access, payments, support and learning tools. AMMA AI ACADEMY should collect only data reasonably necessary for those purposes.
Data we process
- Account identity such as name, email and authentication identifier.
- Selected course, subscription period, payment order status and transaction references; complete card or UPI credentials are handled by the payment provider, not stored by this app.
- Support tickets, announcements and administrative account actions.
- Content a learner voluntarily submits to AI tools, including questions, images or PDFs.
- Security information necessary to protect sessions and prevent abuse.
Why we use data
- Provide authentication, course access and saved learning services.
- Process and verify payments, prevent fraud and maintain required records.
- Respond to technical, academic, privacy and accessibility requests.
- Operate, secure and improve the platform.
Children and student accounts
The platform may serve school students. Where applicable law requires verifiable parental or guardian consent for a child, the account operator must obtain that consent before processing the child’s personal data or enabling paid services. Children should not upload unnecessary personal information.
Service providers and international processing
Authentication, hosting, AI and payment providers process limited data under their own terms and security controls. AI-submitted content may be sent to the configured model provider to answer the learner’s request.
Retention and security
Data should be retained only as long as necessary for service, security, dispute, accounting and legal purposes. Administrative access, webhook verification, least-privilege data returns and secure environment variables are used to reduce risk; no system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
- Request access, correction or deletion where applicable.
- Withdraw optional consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.
- Raise a grievance or privacy request through the support form.
- Revoke active login sessions from Device Management.
This operational policy template should be reviewed by a qualified Indian legal professional before public launch. Applicable law prevails over any conflicting clause.
